Would you like to improve your endurance and speed for either 5 or 10k fun runs? Would you like to lose weight, get stronger and feel awsome?...Well this group's for you!


Our 5-10k Booster group will do just what it says…give your 5 or 10k fitness A BOOST! You’ll learn how to run faster and longer. Basic interval training, fartlek, hill work, long runs, strength and technique sessions. You’ll do it all under the guidance of our highly experienced coaches. Our programs gradually build on your current fitness level. There is no rushing your progress. We take a long term approach to ensure you reach your goals and enjoy the journey.

You can download our comprehensive Runners Manual from our website that has lots of useful information on nutrition, injury prevention, stretching, strength, heart rate charts and much more.

Long term planning


In the early stages of your run training your goals are fairly simple...run a certain distance and get a little faster. But as you accomplish your short term goals you will be looking to challenge yourself further. Run a faster 5 or 10k, enter the The Great Train Race or City to Surf, run a half or full Marathon. Whatever your goals are we have the experience to help guide you all the way. Not only do we have beginner 5/10k, half marathon and marathon groups but we also have intermediate to advanced training levels. Think long term and you could achieve something truly amazing!
