" Thank you for a great training camp, I truly believe the pacing info helped me yesterday. Even though I ran the first 32 faster than intended it allowed me to relax the last 10 and I did a sub 4 which I so didn't expect and ran the whole way without stopping which was my goal."
ps. will be at camp again next year! - Evie Formica

"Thanks for a great weekend. Very enjoyable, focussed, relaxed, funfilled. Reaffirmed my commitment to this sport, and I am all of a sudden a lot more relaxed about Melbourne." - Paul

The place was really good too - awesome food and lovely surrounds
Also fun to meet new people -sarah N

"Thanks for such a great weekend! Food was fantastic, I’m sure I put on a few kilos. Rather sad it all ended so quickly, could get used to being waited on and just concentrate on the training! Our training buddies that could not make it are very jealous of our weekend, so I’m sure they will come along next time. Can’t wait for the next camp! Hope to see you at the MCG!!!!! - Gail

"Just a quick email, to let you know that the girls and I had an fantastic time on the weekend. We walked away feeling as though we had met some great people and actually learn't a thing or two. The weekend was so well organised and the food was nothing short of sensational. We look forward to the next camp" -Cheryl

"I just wanted to say thank you for a great training camp. I thoroughly enjoyed it, learned a lot and was very impressed with everyone’s dedication to running. The comradeship was incredible and heartwarming" -Gina
